Our organisation has shows itself to be agile and capable in working to ensure quality hearings that put children and young people at the centre of everything we do.
Our new Corporate Plan is an ambitious programme, and the next few years will see us deliver on some large scale projects that will have a big impact on the Children's Hearings System. The delivery of our Digital Strategy and development of the young person led Board, Our Hearings, Our Voice, will transform the way we think about our work. It will also help to place more emphasis on ensuring that the voice of the children and young people we support, are heard at every step of the children's hearings process.
