CHS welcomes Plan 24-30 launch
We at Children's Hearings Scotland welcome the publication of the Plan 24-30 and the ambition and vision it sets out for how we can achieve more for our children and young people. We are proud of and energised by the work we have undertaken over the last three years to implement change at CHS to support Plan 21-24, including the role we had in the Hearings System Working Group, Hearings for Children Report and the Collaborative Redesign work. We know there is more to do and are fully committed to the work we will do on our own and collaboratively to deliver the transformation called for within Plan 24-30.
Keeping The Promise
Thinking ahead to the promise being kept by 2030, we have bold ambitions and vision for the difference we want to deliver for and with infants, children and young people in the hearings system. Driving Transformation is a key strategic theme in our recently published Strategic Outlook 24-27. Our commitment to achieving this will be led by our newly created Change and Innovation team, but we know it will take everyone at CHS and in the wider system to make a change that is meaningful to the experience and outcomes for children.
We look forward to working with all our partners, including those with lived and living experience of the hearings system, to keep the promise we made.
